    Seriously here folks,

Kobe is a special player because of his ability to do it 20 different ways...outside and inside.

Whatever they give him, he takes and kills you.

What I would LOVE to see, is once Cleveland clinches, for Mike Brown to tell Lebron...score 100.

He WON'T shoot from the outside but four or five times a game. What he can do, is take the ball to the hoop one on one, two, three, four or five...score...

    and get fouled.

    Equally impressive...

When Lebron is going through his hateful phase, he can't be stopped. He does whatever he wants.

Kobe, does whatever is there, each time down the court.

Where they differ is on defense...but Lebron is young yet...
"Van Halen was one of the most hallelujah, tailgate, backyard, BBQ, arrive four hours early to the gig just for the parking lot bands. And still to this day is. It's an attitude. I think it's a spirit more than anything else is."

There are times when Lebron is sky high...coming down the lane. Even if they had someone on their shoulders he would dunk over both of them. A bit of hyperbole, to be sure, but not too much.

I saw an incredible dunk from Lebron OVER Duncan. No idea when that was from. I saw it last night on some best of Dunks.

He can physically do things that remind me of Michael...in that he is different than anyone else in the league.

How about his outside shooting? Pretty impressive.

I saw him make a move this week, and I gotta tell you, it was Erving. It was eerie, the way he glided to the hoop...

I've seen games where he's looked like Magic...

and of all the greats, when he dunks, 9 times out of ten, he's Dom Wilkins...the power...the follow up.

        He's overpowering...

his outside shooting is hit and miss...nothing like Kobe.

He's got three of those(yes I know you'll bring up Shaq, and how he's won one without Kobe), and if he had ANYONE around him would be contending for another. FUCK! Now I'm defending a Laker....on the day they play my beloved Warriors?! God(Alan), please give my team strength tonight.........

All I am saying is it takes more than all-world talent to win championships.

The league is full of guys with mad skills, that lack the ability to think of the big picture.

Do you really think Michael wanted to put up with the headache that was Rodman?

Enough to win, that is for sure.

Hard to critisize Kobe, but when comparing apples to apples, his leagacy thus far is a bit bruised. (and that has nothing to do with off-court stuff)

We held him to a meager 43 , and lost a game we shouldve won

All I know is before he was a "ball hog" they lost 7 or 8 in a row and were in danger of missing the playoffs.

His shooting % is killer (non Iverson like) and they have won 6 in a row.

How is this a bad thing? No one else on the team can score.

Kobe and Phil know there is no other way.
