I just re-watched Cotto-Pacman.

Great performance by Manny - the angles he can throw punches from stunned Cotto.

What struck me, however, was how much success Cotto had. I don't mean that to take anything away from Manny. Often, however, the rounds were close, but it was Manny's ability to throw those unconventional stun shots which won the rounds because he scored flash knockdowns. That actually makes the fight look less competitive than it really was.

I gave Cotto round 1 and 10. But he was winning rounds 3 and 4 (which he ultimately lost because of knockdowns) and I think several of the middle rounds.

i remember watching it and thought cotto was game and brave but paq just looked like lightening ... his speed that night was incredible ....by the end cotto's face was the measure of paq'a hand speed.

I know what you mean. Watch it again, though. You'll see Cotto was in it most of the night.

I'm looking forward to Froch-Bute, I'm just back-and-forth on the winner.

I know what you mean this fight is killing me....as much as I favor Bute, he spent the last week on antibiotics, not training due to a foot infection I mean we are two weeks to the fight....Bute has a guaranteed rematch in Montreal should he lose...

If you bet on kessler as a straight points win .. you would get your money back .. green has decent odds ...

IMHO i wanna say green to win but kessler is a warrior and i think he will nick it on points .
