I think Pacquiao-Mayweather is inevitable - the delays are just to hype it even more.
As for Pacquaio-Clottey, I think this is strategy on the part of Roach. Pacquaio has never looked great against guys who don't come straight at him, like Juan Manuel Marquez. In Clottey, he faces a guy with a very difficult defensive style - this is clearly preparation for Floyd. I'm not saying Clottely fights like Floyd (he's not as relaint upon footwork, but rather uses a difficult guard, sort of a poor-man's Winky Wright), but there is an element of getting Pacman ready to face guys who pose difficult problems.
Clottely will be a LOT bigger and stronger. I'd be very surprised if Manny stops him. That being said, whilst Clottey is an elite fighter, he's always going to be #3 rather than #1 - he only has one gear, and can't seem to up the pace at the crucial moments. He had Cotto ready to go, but let him back into the fight.
This might not be an easy night for Manny, but I expect his superior speed and workrate to seal a UD.
