This has to be a tough situation for the owners, arbitration. Obviously it has to be looked at under the rules of the current collective bargaining agreement, which the owners hope to soon change.
But up until then, rulings will be awarded on the pay scale which has been on the rise over the last few seasons, which the players don't mind.
