Looks like Rodger "Fuckface" Goodell is "cracking down" on the wife beaters and rapists oh sorry, "domestic violence" and "sexual assault." Personally, I find this to be condescending since the NFL is what, over 50% convicted felons in one form or another? According to Fuckface:
"“My disciplinary decision led the public to question our sincerity, our commitment and whether we understood the toll that domestic violence inflicts on so many families,” Goodell said in a letter to team owners. “I take responsibility both for the decision and for ensuring that our actions in the future properly reflect our values. I didn’t get it right. Simply put, we have to do better. And we will.”
So in other words, Fuckface can no longer keep his slaves who beat women underwraps anymore. Okay, I am in full agreement with him that domestic violence isn't cool but Goodell doesn't give a shit about families upon which are so many white trash imbeciles who watch his product (See: Green Bay Fan) as much as he does getting flack from advertising CEO's (some of which are women by the way) who are threatening to pull revenue is shithead Nazis like Ray Rice are only wrist-slapped. The last shit the NFL would ever care about is domestic violence and rape otherwise how could such atrocities continue to go unabated for decades?
Now here's some double-talk if I ever heard it:
"Goodell said that second-time offenders could petition to be reinstated after one year, but that “there will be no presumption or assurance that the petition will be granted.”
So...forget rape is a felony in all 50 states. I mean, what little does rape matter to the NFL as long as that player is deemed to be something of a box office draw to fans? Hey Rodger, first time offense and one of your slaves goes to prison. How's that? Same for wife beating. Fucking asshole, quit downplaying rape as a god damn inconvenience to the game.
"Goodell said that effective immediately any N.F.L. employee — not only a player — who is found to have engaged in assault, battery, domestic violence or sexual assault that involved physical force will be suspended without pay for six games for a first offense. Second-time offenders will be banished from the league for at least one year."
Again, this sends no signal whatsofuckingever that the NFL is going to clean up its shit. How about "first time rape" and that player gets 10 years in a state pen? Maybe at least a mandatory 90 day county stint for wife bruising? Fuck you, Goodell. And fuck your stupid game where money rules over morality and the law itself. Cocksucker. Goodell only wants to assuage the game not make any sort of a social difference.Last edited by Kristy; 08-30-2014, 11:01 AM.Comment
