Seeing some halftime pics. The dancers look like oompa loompas.

I thought they looked like fat-ass Q-Tips (cotton swabs)...

There's just something totally unappealing to me seeing an over-weight pregnant woman trying to dance all nasty with crotch grabbin and all that shit... Once her kids are grown I can see them going... Seriously Mom..? WTF on national TV..?

That had to be the worst halftime show I can recall... entertainment has sunk to new lows...

Local FOX is the hardest channel to pick up here. My house antenna is in the attic, and I have one outside on my garage. I can pick up FOX out there, but not in the house. No loss. I don't watch their prime time. We have the local FOX morning show on all day at work.

Surprisingly enough, Fox Sports streamed it for free. As in actually free, not ""free" as long as you're subscribing to overpriced cable TV packages, which is how they usually do things.

So even though I get the local Fox station on the antenna, the signal cuts out every time a truck goes down the street for some reason... must be a really narrow signal path or whatever.... so I went with the app on my Samsung TV.

And yes, the halftime show sucked ass. An overdressed Rhianna (apparently she's pregnant) lip syncing with a bunch of backup dancers wearing hazmat suits. About the only thing remotely impressive about the set is that they managed to have the stage platforms lowered from the ceiling, and didn't have any accidents with those like KISS or all the other bands who have had mechanical failures with that particular stage technology.

As for the game itself... I was hoping the Eagles would win... no real preference for either team, just tired of that racist chant & tomahawk chop thing from the KC fans. Don't know what kind of drugs they gave Mahomes at half time so he could keep playing on his fucked up ankle, but it must have been some good shit, because he was actually running on that thing.

I'm not watching. Can't pick up local FOX with my antenna. Stopped for a beer with a friend during the first half but didn't pay much attention. I did watch The Flash trailer when I got home.

My crazy good run of luck on Super Bowl bets for years looks like it's about to end.

I remember reading years ago that statistics can prove that you should never punt and it felt confirmed there...
