You know DLoc...I may have an off for you...give me a few minutes to ponder...
a massive deal...
not in players...but in names...
give me a few...
"Van Halen was one of the most hallelujah, tailgate, backyard, BBQ, arrive four hours early to the gig just for the parking lot bands. And still to this day is. It's an attitude. I think it's a spirit more than anything else is."
You know I have an interest in the guy you offered...and I have some interest in your the other position I need...
the guy you wanted is about as untouchable as it gets because of his 2B capability...and my belief that he is going to GO OFF this year...
but let me ponder...

as I was working through my infield rankings at my blog...
the more I read about the kid...the more I could see that he COULD be one of those kids that is massively important in fantasy circles...because of his 2B eligibility...and five-tool capabilities...
so right after I set the draft...I moved him to the 11th slot on my board...to make sure I got him in the 2nd round...figuring that most people would be thinking third round...
I can't have Belliard as my only 2B...and as much as I could improve another position...I'd take a major hit at that position...
doesn't mean I still can't try and make a move with you.......
is there ANYONE else off my offensive roster that you'd have some interest in?

I'm in the market for that same stud starter...lmfao...
but am losing the pieces to get them...
I'm fucking pissed as all get out that Yahoo jammed me with fucking 5 closers...
no...not the top five 3rd baseman...fucking closers...the cunts...
If I'd have gotten ANY of the fucking top 15 pitchers on my list...I'd be done with moves right now...the fucking bastards...

I'm worried about Gordon in Philly and the new dude from Pittsburgh.
If they can do anything, I'll be ok in that department. So I'm a little hesitant to give something valuable up if these two can give me something.
I do like that I actually have some speed on my team this year. It's never something I cared about before. Now I have 3 guys on my team with at least 36 steals.
But yeah, all I've got Peavy and some some question marks in the starting rotation. I'd like 1 more stud.
Fuck Scott Weiland. Fucking asshole. I get trashed all the time and still go to work. And my job sucks ass. -ODShowtime
BUT...I have a ton of guys with incredible K to innings pitched ratio...
I keyed on those guys in my draft...then looked for them yesterday when I was dealing. 3 years ago...I was sure Webb was going to turn into a big #1...he blew for a year and a half after I thought that...lmfao...but last year...he kicked it up...and has 172 K's...with an improved team...he should get 15-17 wins...
I think...with Mazzone...and now 2 years under his belt...Bedard is a guy that could put up scary numbers...like he was doing before he got hurt...and again...an improved roster this year...and a better staff...
Escobar...if he can stay healthy...is a guy that will have 200 innings...and 220 K's...he's fucking awesome...but will blow out something by May 1...
Loiaza gets 5 or 6 K's per 9 innings...and now he's a #4 pitcher...meaning he'll be snacking off the other team's #4...so he could win 20...
Haren is virtually the same guy as Webb...but younger...he could be the guy to step up as my #1...and again...a great K ratio...
Sabathia has all the makings right now to step up to star status...and had 160 K's in 190 innings last year...IMO...if he stays healthy...he's got 20 in the bag...but...he NEVER stays healthy...
and Kazmir can flat out pitch...
he may be my best pitcher...I have a good staff...
but I still want a sure-fire #1...

I can't stand him as a closer...he broke down last year...and then pitched old at the end of the year...and that was as a setup man with less pressure...
and trust me...Philly isn't any easier than NY to pitch in...
Turnbow is pitching like an old lady this spring...
but I like Gonzalez...

seriously...I have NEVER gone after Indians in my 10+ years of playing...for many reasons...this is my first year doing it...
and the ONLY thing I don't like about Hafner, since he's the best offensive weapon on that team...is that you can only play him at utility...
or I'd have come knockin' for him...
