You've missed an incredible six months, a new set of stars are getting ready to take over just like in 96 when Rock, Austin, Mankind & Hunter came in showing potential to become the next wave of superstars. The last 6 months have been filled with many great new arrivals including:

1 - Gene Snitsky - baby killer; not only capable of in-ring abortions, can also punt plastic babies nto ringside seats

2 - Heidenreich - not since Lanny Poffo have WWE fans been treated to a combination of great poetry and the threat of anally raping announcers

3 - The new divas - several beautiful women with no personalities but having the ability to seduce Kamala, eat pie with their asses and the ability to call each other cum sucking whores on live TV

4 - Hassan & Daivari - hate the US for not going to their uncles convenience store after 9/11

5 - Carlito - hates people that aren't cool and lets them know they're not cool by spitting apples in their face.

By the way, I am not making any of these items up, this has been what you have been missing over the past 6 months

I think most of the wrestling "fans" here are almost as interested in the machinations of the "buisness" as they are in the shows these days, such is the dearth of quality matches and storylines.

If you are insulted by pro wrestling, then you turned it on one day thinking it was real. When you realised it wasn't you thought you were being "tricked into believing it was real". Truth is, wrestling is no different than a soap opera, except with wrestling, they do the "soap opera" backstage and come out to the ring to settle their differences. Differences are never settled on free TV though. Only on some of the $40 PPV's are differences settled. SuperHeros and Cartoon characters in real life animation. It's all in good fun.

if you want real though, check out some MMA or Pride. That's asskicking at it's best. But, Elvis some pro wrestling has been real. A little too real sometimes.

I always hate it when people deride pro wrestling for being "fake".

Alright, the storylines are bullshit and most of the matches are meticulously planned but you can`t tell me a lot of those bumps aren`t real.

Even a blade job might be a fake way of getting busted open, but it`s still real blood.

No shit eh? Even the act of blading is real. A self inflicted wound, usualy to the forehead, with the edge of a razor blade, sounds more real than the chair that supposedly hit him. What more do these sport fanatics want? I always watch wrestling with both sides of my brain. One knows it's "fake" and the other doesn't care and eats up the fun. It's the fountain of youth for people that want to escape the hussle and bussle of a sometimes shitty world.
