The Boston Red Sox vs. The St. Louis Cardinals

Should be a good one...let's hope it lives up to some kinda hype...

it's always good to have the old school good teams back in the game...whether I like them or not...

Trust me...Boston fans don't want this shit...

Boston would have to admit they've lived a lie their whole life with the curse shit....

my call is Cardinals in 6 based on the REd Sox throwing the series...lmfao...

I would have to say that the Sox may be at a disadvantage with Ortiz having to play first base when they go to St. Louis.

The Sox starters and bullpen I think is better. The Cards can hit like a mo-fo, but so could the Yankees.

Red Sox in 7. Boston will burn to the ground.

This series matchup is a lot like the Yanks matchup with this exception...

St. Louis plays like a team...the Yanks were pretenders...let's face it...

St. Louis' starters are better than the Yanks IMO...underrated...but not great...

Boston has ???? with their starters...Lowe and knuckles...and even Schill...

I think Boston could be in trouble...because St. Louis WILL hit...

          but so will Boston...

          7 games yes...

who will win...don't know yet...will pick later today....

You have to ask yourself though wrning...what was the real deal for this team...the Series...or the Yankees...

I know...we'd all like to say the Series...but c'mon...you know as well as I do that the Sox were looking at the Yanks as their series...

I do think the Sox will win...but I don't think it's as sure as perhaps others do...

well, the players and coaches are all saying that unless they win it all then beating the Yankees doesnt mean much..they seem to have the game faces on..not just revelling in beating the Yankees..we'll see..

No there's no way this is the lowest WS of all time. I think 1999 or 2000 were the lowest (and most boring as shit, if I might add).

I remember the series with the Yanks...perhaps the 2000 series...lmfao...the game they lost...

I fell asleep in like the 8th inning...and woke up...and the news was on...went to bed...woke up...got the paper...saw the mention of the game...and went...

                          "Oh yeah..."

                          lmfao...

I can't wait for this series...although I always hate baseball season being over...

The Sox were up 4-1 at last glance...

3 run tater by Papi Ortiz...here's a thought...don't pitch to him...

                              funny how baseball works...

Ortiz is cut by the Twins because of Mietkiewitch....

and now...Dougy boy is his back up...

                              lmfao...
