Tell ya, everybody was bummed except the drunk kid that killed Sam, and that fucking guy was selling “I Killed Sam Kinison” T-Shirts, and never served a day in jail for what he did. That story is straight from Bill Kinison’s mouth. (Sam’s brother/manager).

About, I don’t know, 3 years after Sam was killed, Bill posted a really long post in the forum on Sam’s website, about the whole ordeal, and how he lost his brother and then was totally screwed by the legal system, and went into great details as to what happened, etc. It was like Bill was going through some type of therapy and was flushing his gut out on the deal.

Lucky a buddy email me about it, because Bill took it off the website 2-3 weeks later, at the insistence of his attorney.
