so i have to make my stores last the month.
trust me, it isn't much.
i eat the same lunch every afternoon.
and i tend to have it around 2pm.

that way my food is well settled when tea time comes at promptly 3:30pm.
so i have my afternoon cup of tea, and then i just drink water the rest of the day.

that is my daily diet.
