                        You know what the really funny thing is? Bands still riffs from themselves ALL THE TIME. Iron Maiden's done it, Black Sabbath's done it...it's actually a pretty common thing.

                            How many times has a song started with "I heard the news today...." or "woke up this morning...."

                            Radio riffs are a dime a dozen....stupid top 40 radio....
