Again, there's a difference between net worth and how much cash he can actually raise at a moments notice. For all we know he might have cut a post dated check already. Certainly he's good for it, with or without this tour. But it's easier to move the "liquid" cash that will be rolling in as of Saturday than it is to sell off stocks, bonds, or whatever.
