Originally posted by Soul Reaper well British radio sucks, so we're pretty much even
Go to SKY channel 641, there is a radio station there called PLANET ROCK. Now, THAT station rocks.
Every weekday at 9pm they have rock ledgends-an hour dedicated to a rock ledgend (sometimes the ledgend is interviewed in the studio as well, the day that Priest released '...Retribution', Glenn and KK were in the studio promoting the album.).
Each Saturday at 9pm there is a classic rock concert. On one occasion not long ago they played 'Yes-Live At The House of Blues'.
The best thing, though, is that if you listen for a few hours, the chances are that you'll hear Mr Diamond Dave himself say "Hey, man, you're listening to Planet Rock, the UK's ONLY official Classic Rock Station, this is Diamond Dave Lee Roth". Others include Paul Stanley, Steve Howe, Gary Moore, Alice Cooper, Rob Halford, Ronnie Dio and many more!!!

I know about that station. I thought it was just some nu-metal station.
I check it out again. Thanks for the info.
I saw Gary Moore on the Corridors Of Power Tour in 1983 I think it was...at a club called Cardi's in Dallas, Texas.
I had only heard one album of his (Back On The Streets Again), and he blew my mind. Turned out the drummer in his backup band was none other than Ian Paice of Deep Purple!
I became a REAL fan after that.
Gary Moore could fart and it would own Spammy's entire past, present and future musical output.
Three Lock Box is pretty good at acting as a tool.
:D
Also, there is a live Gary Moore DVD out now that was filmed at his performance at the Monsters Of Rock show in Sheffield Hallam FM Arena on May 21, 2003.
Its amazing browsing this army and I'm still trying to figure out why Three Lock Rock is a registered member here. I'm not trying to be rude to the member but why doesn't he or she register on a Sammy Hagar website?
"Who can tell what's going to happen in the years to come? We take it day by day, here today, gone later today. You don't stop and worry. You don't stop, look in the rearview mirror and say "Did I do this right?" People who always look in the rearview mirror tend to swerve off the road. I'm sorry but the rearview mirror is like sitting up there for one reason... It's an object so that you can tilt the mirror, look at yourself and see how cool you are when you're getting somewhere.
