Between Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, and Christine "Witchiepoo" O'Donnell, I think "Stupid Girl" should become the official anthem of the Republican party.

I'd have to say the 80 track version looks more interesting. Not that I plan on buying it, because I already have all that stuff, aside from the two new songs. (which haven't leaked yet, but I'm guessing they will within the next week or so)

If you're a "casual" Stones fan who doesn't own all the albums already, this would be an excellent "cross-section" of the band which might allow you to hear things from them that you'll never hear on the classic rock station, and that the band has never played live and likely won't, even in their upcoming presumably "final" shows. Either way, you certainly can't say that "Yesterday's Papers", "You Got The Silver", or "Send It To Me" fit the mold of a typical "greatest hits" compilation. Though the latter is one of the highlights of Emotional Rescue, in my opinion. And like most Stones tunes of the era, Bob Clearmountain chopped it all to shit. But here's how it was supposed to sound.....

OK, 20 tracks per disc on the "deluxe version"..... don't suppose there's any chance they will finally put the FULL versions of some of these songs out officially? If they did that, I'd actually buy the damn thing.

                  LOL! 80 fucking tracks!

The Rolling stones are 1 of maybe 2 or 3 bands I would even want to have 80 tracks from. Hell, a lot of bands didn't even last long enough to record 80 tracks, let alone 80 good ones.

Nah, I actually looked for it the other day and couldn't find it, so they must have just leaked it. But I will post it now.......

Maybe all this time they have spent in the vaults lately with their 70's archives has been good for them, since this one has classic Stones all over it? Now I'm a little sad they aren't doing a whole album

They sound very different from usual here - Charlie does above all.

Not knowing it's them I would have sworn it was Jagger solo, and certainly not the Stones.

                      Very surprising to me.

I like it. They're gonna make it hard to NOT buy this set...those fuckers!

Bobby Keys is playing here Wednesday, with the great Dan Baird (of the Georgia Satellites) and Steve Gorman from the Black Crowes in his backing band. Not sure I'm gonna go, working a lot of OT next week.

But did not include "Me Wise Magic" and "Can't Get This Stuff No More", so the correct total would be 75.
