Awesome band - Billy Gibbons is the king of tone, taste and style - he had a brown sound when Eddie was still waiting for his first pubes to sprout.

You know that old instrumental, "Asleep In The Desert"? Well, that particular song was playing on my 5 thousand dollar turntable one night. Everybody was partying and shit...so this fucker goes over and decides to change the record. I didn't know he was planning on doing this until I heard the *vrrrrrphhhzzzzrrp* of the record being ruined. I fell just short of breaking that motherfucker's arm with, you guessed it, an arm bar.

He got thrown outside pretty hard...the fucking dog water bucket ended up on his head. I caught alot of heat for that...fuck 'em.

The ZZ Top records were the pride of the collection before that. Gibbons is a genius.

It's a shame Fandango isn't better represented on classic rock radio.

(other than Tush, which of course has been played a bit)

Gibbons is one of those that makes you feel every note...
