Hint: they only occupied either lead vocals or drums.
There were other guitarists and bassists as well.
Former Vocalist was Al Atkins.
Drummers included Alan Moore, Simon Phillips (hired as a session drummer just for Sad Wings Of Destiny), Les Binks, Dave Holland, John Hinch, John Partridge, John Ellis, Chris Campbell
Guitarists Include: John Perry, Ernest Chataway,
The only previous bassist was Bruno Stapenhill.
Speaking of which, the bassist in Glenn Tipton's previous band The Flying Hat Band was Mars Cowling, who went on to find some success playing with Pat Travers. -
Simon Phillips was session drummer for "Sin After Sin", not "Sad Wings of Destiny"...
I believe Chris Tsangerides played a few keyboards with "Painkiller", right? Not that he was a full time member or anything...
Correct me on that if I'm wrong.Last edited by bueno bob; 04-18-2006, 12:39 PM.Twistin' by the pool.Comment
