Came just in the nick of time..

Hope they release a record about the War and the BCE..They are one of the few bands that do awesome at it...Unlike half of the Nu Metal Shit..

I bet FORD is excited as hell about this, and will be the first one in line in Seattle :D
Still waiting for a relevant Browns Team

Well this works out in 2 ways, Rage is back and Chris Cornell will have to reunite with Soundgarden.

That's the outcome I'm hoping for. Not that I don't like Audioslave, but RAGE's breakup couldn't have been worse timed. They're the type of band we need more of this decade.

I wouldn't get too excited yet though. I've heard this is just for one show, and that the band doesn't have any other plans . Not yet anyway.

But an entire album about the BCE would be nice. And so would a new Soundgarden record.

Trust me, 500,000 are gonna show up to Coachella and that will sure as hell inspire a new album.

I truly hope that Soundgarden reuntite, I really do.

But I can't help thinking that Cornell will focus on his solo career, he has a new record due out soon....

Also, would Soundgarden work now? Seems to me that since Cornell stopped taking heroin he's forgotten how to write those great lyrics....

Soundgarden getting back together is a long shot. I think Chris Cornell
and Kim Thayil hate one another to much for it to happen. It would be great to hear though. I would rather see that over Rage IMO. Just as long as Cornell could do it without sounding bored stiff.

Apparently Kim just wants to sit around in his retirement, do bong hits and play X-box. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

But I will say that out of the band that came out in the 1990s, STP and Soundgarden were definitely two I got into.

                            Gotta agree with you, Terry....

STP and Soundgarden were far more interesting to me than Nirvana, and to some extent Pearl Jam.

But I will say, I saw Pearl Jam live a couple of months ago and they were superb.
