        Cheers Chan, much appreciated!

Some great vids there, Skid Row is one of my favourite bands EVER!

As far as being "old enough", it was a joke! Not saying anyone is old per se!

        Glad you like the thread!

if you can ignore mike tramp long enough this is one great solo by bratta. these guys had better songs IMO. "Lights and Thunder" is and excellent song. Vito Bratta was never short on solos and an excellent guitaist IMO. but I am sure some will make fun of them.

a few days ago Bratta spoke with Eddie Trunk. after 15years of nothing this guy gives the scoop on whats going on with him.

is it me or does it feel like 80's rock is comin out of the wood work this years ? one can hope. below is the Vito Bratta interview. its long.

Thanks for this thread!! I thought I was anlone in this world with my love for this stuff..

A few comments on some of the bands:
I saw Def Leppard BEFORE "Pour Some Sugar on Me" was out. The place only had 3,000 people in it. Great show, felt like a bar gig..

I saw Skid Row open for Jovi early in their first US tour. The only time I ever went out and bought an album after watching the opening act's set.

Check this out, this might still be my favorite SNL band permormance:

Telsa, IMHO, was not a "hair"band, they were just marketed that way. Their first 3 studio albums rocked. Especially "Psychotic Supper". Very underrated!!

I seen Bonjovi open for Ratt.

BonJovi blew them away and I was there for Ratt.

Silvio, cheers for that Skid row performance, I'd never seen that one before and it was killer!!

Saw Baz twice in the past two years, and he can still sing like that. He's got a record due this year as well called "Angel Down" (currently being mixed), and from the material I've heard of it, it's gonna kick major ass!

                      Cheers
