Spears and Gaga have some slight charisma to them, and the songs are indeed catchy. I keep recalling the one MTV performance where she paid tribute to Madonna and she seemed to do amazingly well there despite it clearly being a lip-sync.

She's got zero in the personality department. I mean, and I hate to compare her to one of the Greatest Women in Rock, but look at Stevie Nicks! She was and is truly amazing. She's got an amazing different, more mature voice to her, and the look she has of this gypsy/witch feel to her is an amazing trademark.

Her lyrics on Rumours for example came from a truly dark time for the band. And the album is fucking awesome!

Now, if you'd like, I have a side-by-side comparison of the two.

Now, the first song she sings is by far too mushy. It reads like the idea of an 8 year old girls "romantic feelings" would be.

And hearing her sing Rhiannon kind of proves how overrated of a vocalist she really is. She really doesn't have much of a range and the power to pull it off.

So she's this:
-Average in terms of beauty
-Lyrically she's trapped in Jr. High
and has no real vocal range or power.

The very fact that people keep handing her awards boggles the mind.

I had read about her back in the 90s. And of course she was spouting her usual crap about how she was the greatest thing since sliced fucking bread.

So about 7 years ago, when there was still such a thing as Tower Records, I was in there one day and I happened to see a DVD of her stuff.

So out of curiosity I bought it and got home and threw it in the DVD player.

I watched about half of it, and took it out.

It was some of the worst fucking shit I ever heard. And she thinks she is hot shit? What a fucking idiot.

I took it back the next day and said to the dude behind the counter: "I want 2 things. 1. I want my money back, minus any kind of stupid "restocking fee" you are going to ream me for. And secondly, do NOT put this back for sale. Throw it away. Anyone who buys this is going to get ripped off. Sure, there are crazy people out there who get off on stuff that sucks (you listening, there Bot?) but this is not even good enough to suck. So do not harm anyone else by selling them this worthless piece of shit."

This is "integral" - her youth, her energy, her cool nature that David & Sammy may be proud of. Banjo, guitar, ukulele-playing, this is great, variety with her music. She wrote each song with her most recent release, maybe, revealing her courage, her ability to listen, her growth. Borchetta, with truth, said "wait" for him, with Taylor, and he receives the prosperity, with her, of true "pop" performance within the community of "country" music, rocking.
