I suppose if you like that style, yes, he was very good at it. I never cared for it.

The title track off his new album, Kicking and Screaming is actually pretty good.

Crazy amount of hits for that youtube clip.

I liked it enough in small doses back in the day but I get where you are coming from.

Ehhh... same chunka-chunka cold guitar tone that every other band has these days... not my thing.

I will say that their 2nd album, slave to the grind(?), was pretty rocking from what I heard... less glossy.

I'm not a big Sebastian fan....and I don't really care how "over-produced" this song is - either he can sing it or he can't. But I really like this tune. Just my opinion.

Yup. I read Ace's book and Anton was mentioned. I think him and Ace were fishing buddies if I remember right. It's hard as hell envisioning Ace trout fishing but I guess he's into it.

Thats why he hangs out with Axl. They fucking sit around and praise their new, identical voices.

Dont think they really sound alike.Axl lost his voice in the early 2000's but has very much got it back (saw him last time he was out here),Baz still shouts his way through songs.Proof below.Axl has the same sleazy greasy voice he always had,Baz is just shouting

'Kicking & Screaming' is a good record - much more vintage metal than the proto-thrash stuff he was stretching for on 'Angel Down'.

He's never going to top those 3 Skid Row records, but his solo stuff is worth your time.

Can he sing like he could in 1991? Of course not.

WTF? People were getting their orders of chicken parmesan & red wine while watching these guys play. LOL. House band at some tiny local restaurant on Friday nights. Guess Sebastion needed the free meal & a portion of the tips at closing. So odd. I swear my sisters band played to bigger audiences. Just weird. These guys should at least still be a solid opening act on the arena circuit....or very least co-headlining the casino circuit.

I guess in their defense there really isn't a rock arena circuit anymore. Van Halen will do great but that's about it. Unless Crue or Aerosmith head out.

Sad. I fucking miss summers in the 80's where the San Diego Sports Arena was packed 2-3 times a month with SPECTACULAR bands.
