I had no idea but it is an interesting piece of trivia. The bad thing about Survivor is that they continued on after Eye of the Tiger. That song in itself was okay but they had to do all those awful ballads after that. They were all hits but i still can't figure out who really liked them.

It's obvious that Mushroom likes them. In fact, he likes them a lot and that his homoerotic fixation has now gone beyond David Lee Roth.

Kristy that's pretty close but I am 100% heterosexual. It was the summer of '82 in San Diego. I was a sprite young boy. I was country when country want cool. Rocky III was a huge hit, with Eye of the Tiger, Mr. T and Hulk Hogan. That same summer I heard Where Have All the Good Times Gone? on the beach and immediately felt the power of the mighty DLR. Coincidentally the same summer my stoned step-father taught me how to shoot an Uzi.

Now life is better than I ever imagined.

            LOL at Melodicrock

I can barely gather the strength to write as I soak up a soundtrack of songs that have shaped my life.
Andrew calls Jamison "iconic" as well. More lulz!

Something tells me that Jimi won't be too energetic at any shows.....
Jimi Jamison, the former lead singer for the rock bands Cobra and Survivor, died Sunday, his booking agent Sally Irwin confirmed to the Los Angeles Times.

Well you know that guy went to Hell.....

It's not even a question of whether or not he deserved to, it's a question of Satan needing him to sing "The Search Is Over" to torture others for all eternity. I know I would prefer burning in flames without air conditioning to ever hearing that fucking song again.

I have to admit that "Eye of the Tiger" when played appropriately during sports moments can give me a boner...

Don't hear it often in Buffalo these days I guess?

                                No, not really

Kyle Orton will have the eye of the tiger on game day, tailgating outside in the parking lot with a keg and several bottles of whiskey. He already has an office at The Big Tree

"Yeah, Kyle Orton threw up all over this one..."
