Jesus fuck, that is old. Most likely the best VH studio album they ever did out of the dismal Ted Templemen produced canon. Not many bands can do six albums of Montrose theft but VH sure did and Fair Warning is like a grenade to your F A T face while licking a lollypop on the way to the bus station to blow pervs for protection money. Heavy on riffage, wild monkey howler guitar solos, tight Vjayjay harmonies, Fair Warning shines and still shines better than all of those government pussy placebo hair bands that ripped off a Montrose cover band ripping off Montrose. Star of the album here is of course Alex who plays like he does not give a shit while the rest scatter like frightened mice on a Bible page.
So happy birthday, Fair Warning. I'm going to celebrate by playing it later on in its entirety while I worship at the base of my Montrose alter.
