I am planning on quitting very soon.

I was able to stop for over a month on the nicotrol inhaler....but since I never bothered to substitute anything positive in my life for smoking (ie. going for a walk); I got bored and started up again.

I quit almost two months ago now, cold turkey.

Try it. Basically, take your pack and throw it out. That's what I did. Now I'm feeling so much better physically. I'm less tired, etc. I still want to get in even better shape, but man does it feel good. And after a month, you really stop missing it or thinking about it all the time.

I have tried...many times....chalk it up to my line of work.

I am not a smoker but I do enjoy smoking. Meaning I never buy um, never smoke at home or work... Only when I party. I have done this for YEARS and have never got hooked. My last smoke was probably 3 or 4 months ago..
