As I said to Cat and I've made reference to you before, I feel like Rocky III. Physically, I've never been better but emotionally I lost my "edge" over the past few months. Now I'm too "Happy" and that might be in the rubber brigade room version of the word. Hey, do you box? I bought a speed-bag this afternoon but I haven't installed it yet. An old girlfriend's father used to have one in the garage in highschool and I remember getting the rhythm down was tricky. Hopefully I won't have the same problem.

I just hooked up the speedbag and the platform in the garage. I beat the shit out of it for a bit but damn, it's going to take some serious practice and concentration before I can get a speed rhythm going like professionals. It gives your arms one hell of a workout though.
