Made sure I went out and bought all the Crucial Crue discs ...

Use It or Lose It ... Fight for Your Right ... the reviews back in the day it came out talked about Tommy Lee sounding "sonic" on that album.

Just listen to the opening drumbeat on LOUDER THAN HELL. Bu-boom, bash, bu-boom, bash...Christ, it's like Bonham.

Yep, I bought all the CRUCIAL CRUE discs too. There was one really weird, jamming sort of anti-musical song on the RELICS outtake disc that came out at the same time...called MOOD RING. I love that track. It was cut during the LOUDER THAN HELL sessions.

PRIMAL SCREAM (basically one of the most swinging pieces of hard rock ever cut)

A RAT LIKE ME (the crowning moment of GENERATION SWINE, which I consider their most under-rated album...Tommy drums like a monster on this one, and the riffs and vocals are so evil-sounding)

Primal Scream is killer ... went to a reception a couple weeks ago, friend got married ... made sure the DJ played it ... like Rock and Roll Junkie off Decade too.

I remember Nikki talking about Corabi singing it and making it sound "fuller" ... when the band and Neil were still at odds.

I think we talked about Swine before, that and Flush are both real good I thought.
