Oh, my friend, it's so fucking hard to stop smoking! Basically, a week or so before XMAS, I was having a smoke outside (last in the pack) and just threw it out one-third through it. I had a cough, it was cold and I said FUCK THIS! Haven't had even a puff of a smoke since. It's been very difficult. Smoked every day, love smoking. But my throat and lungs feel better, I have more energy already, I feel so much better. And I'm saving a lot of money.

Now if only I can convince POJ to do the same...LMFAO.:p
