His road band was better. Every note, every beat those guys played...he fucking taught them. Every lead guitar, he played it. Dude WAS Creedence. They were his back-up band...nothing more. Session musicians.

They should have been called JOHN FOGERTY from the very beginning. And yes, they totally sold him out, the pricks! When he declined to perform with them at the Hall, I totally agreed.

Well...the only thing that bums we out is that him & his brother took that grudge to the bitter end....Tom kicked off without burying the hatchet with John.
