Man...back in the day, I used to have a beer in the morning for my breakfast. Hell, cottage weekend, I have a scotch in the morning before breakfast (which is a beer). LOL.

Of course, on normal days like today, coffee was the before breakfast beverage (breakfast being oatmeal).

Blondes are some of the smartest women I've known, BTW.

People do actually have a ritual called "cottage weekend" in Canada. Basically, there's this giant misconception down below the border that everybody has a log cabin or igloo or ice hut or paper mache snow house, surrounded by forest or glaciers. But the truth is, it's all suburbs. Me, I live on the lake in the suburbs (in an apartment building). So...every summer, people make the 1-3 hour drive north to more wooded areas and enjoy cottage life, camping, drinking, BBQ, drug-taking, sex, swimming, drinking, canoeing, fishing, drinking...

Ah...I can't wait 'til summer.
