Actually I did not say Max was a stalker. I have said things questioning his mental state. I have asked if he was "OK upstairs" and I have said the he seems "unstable" and is acting like "he is fucked in the head". I have said these things right to him. Others have also questioned his irrational behavior.

The truth is, I asked him not to call and he did.
The truth is, he is over-the-top sweet one minute and then nasty and threatening the next.

The truth is, he declared me dead. What do you call that? Rogue calls it mental cruelty. I think its pretty sick myself and nothing to" joke" about. It pissed us (RH and I) both off.

Some might say that this is acceptable behavior because Max is "heartbroken". Others would disagree.

A few final words, and then I'm done forevermore with this no matter how much or how badly some may wish for it to continue. The motivation to not let it fade is clear, but I won't be one to feed the monster any further.

In order to clarify some things of which I personally feel compelled to do so, I state the following.

Max, calling her DEAD was THE final straw for me. That wasn't "a joke", not even a sick and twisted one. It wasn't funny in the least. It was an extremely CRUEL and vindictive thing to say... especially, to someone so sweet. Someone who has tried VERY hard to take the heat off YOU, and all the while you giving her no reason whatsoever to be that kind.

I know all the words you called her, you were vile and as hostile as can be at times. She had NO real reason to attempt to keep the peace outside of her just being that big of a person.

You, in my opinion, never deserved any such kindness from her given your actions, words and deeds.

She and I talked a very long time this morning, about three hours I guess, which is nothing unusual -- but -- some of the topic and subject matter was anything but the norm.

Don't be flattered, but we talked a good bit early on in the conversation about you and the ways and means of how you attempt to manipulate people. Your success has been extremely marginal in regards to us privately, we want you to understand that as fact. However, having said that, in regards to the what/how of your harassement and the terminology used to describe same; I must state here as a man of the truth and my good name that while she and I did discuss "stalking" in connection to your unwanted and rejected phone calls, she did in fact tell me at that time that she would NOT use that strong of a word because it had really happened to her once (me too, but that is beside the point) in the most serious of ways and that the man was in prison.

I was incorrect in retrospect to label you as a stalker. Neither of us want you in jail, Max. However, I have to say that when someone asks that you NOT contact them, especially repeatedly, and you then refuse to abide by it, well... it is at minimum harassment.

Botom line, I'm not sure the "you are dead" statement can ever be forgiven. We were friends for a long time Max, and when I first met "DG" I had no idea whatsoever of any relationship between you and her. I'm clear on what it was, but I'm afraid you still are not. You've never as much as seen her face. I have. That is not said as a dig at you, either. I just think that maybe you've built this all up in your mind as something that it never was close to resembling in reality.

I honestly wish you no harm Max, and she doesn't in the end either. We just want to be able to come here and be ourselves without being subjected to any of the above unpleasantness.

I understand heartbreak as well as anyone. If you only knew the truth of what I've been through in my life... and not just from a woman, but what she did to my very own flesh and blood. If you only knew...

I need to close... Allow me to quote myself from yesterday, I really should have left it at that, but was provoked this morning against my better judgement.

We've all had our hearts broken, its all in how you handle and grow from it. I'm through walking around on egg shells here in order to spare someones feelings who from the start sought to play it openly like a sad song for sympathy votes...

also, as a misdemeanor, stalking is a class b fourth degree, whereas harrasment is class A, first degree.

My point is - as far as NY state law goes - it's better to be called a stalker than a harrasser.

I really don't know what to say other than I NEVER meant "DEAD" in a literal sense. I could/would NEVER wish that upon anyone. I meant the name or moniker on the board. I fully understand how it could be taken the wrong way and I truly am sorry from the bottom of my heart. I was completely out of line with that one.

Also, so much of this "saga" is so entirely blown out of proportion and false it truly boggles my mind. Heck, I log on and read shit that I've never heard or even been involved on a daily basis. It's honestly not as big of a deal to me as you both think. I would just get pissed when I'd read or hear shit that I had supposedly done which was untrue. My goodness, I never posted half of the crap that I heard or was told. Anyway, let's just put this all behind us for good. I'm not saying we have to all be friends but if we do happen to bump in to one another in here, let's at least be civil.

Coffee and my 2cents... I think when Max said DG was dead he didn't mean it literally. Come on man! I think we all know that he meant DEAD to him. Plenty of people going through times of trying to forget someone use that term. I have said it myself when I have been totally mad at someone and wanted to forget ever being involved with them. I never meant that I wished that person were actually dead. I think taking THAT verbatim is a bit DRAMATIC. That said, I have to agree with RG that Max has a tendancy to run hot and cold and can be hard to read at times. Case in point, and I think I can pretty much wrap this up here... Max and DG are over... RG and RH are on...
