You should definitely go to the doctor at least to have it on the record (and get some nice muscle relaxants :D), because this may get a lot worse before it gets better. I had an accident; and at first I thought I was fine but a couple days later my back was killing me and only got worse before it got better. Thankfully it was only muscular, but the swelling was pressing on nerves. Sitting at work all day was the worst. It took months to be completely back to normal. I was so lucky though. Five seconds difference, and I'd be dead.

My car was totaled. :D Perfect timing though, 'cause I wanted a new one. See how things work out!

My first accident is too embarrassing to tell the story. All I can say is - if you buy helium balloons, put them in your trunk!! :D
