I used to smoke Player's Light years ago. Then I switched to DuMaurier because Player's Light have fibreglass crystals in them!! They used to fuck up my throat before I'd have to sing.

Thank you Rikk. In fact, apart from a couple of Pixies tunes and one Doors song, we only play "I wanna be your dog", which I like very much, though I'd have preferred "Raw Power" (now on my record player) or "Search and destroy", but the pals would rather "play safe" for a start...:D

Man, SEARCH AND DESTROY is an amazing tune.

I saw THE PIXIES in November. They were amazing. Just a great live band. VAMOS kicked ass. Same with IS SHE WEIRD...great song.

My band pretty much records my originals. We have stacks of material, most of it louder. But some experimental shit. I guess a lot of it sounds like S.T.P., with some RADIOHEAD thrown in and also fucking tons of harmonies (I record all the harmonies myself). Some other more metal and punk influences too.

They came to Paris for a couple of nights, but I didn't go to see them (the guitarists went). I had been waiting so long that it had turned into disgust when they finally joined back together. It wouldn't be the same with CVH re-uniting...

I guess you play the guitar as well. And it seems you are the composer. You and your band must sound great, I'm sure, as you "sound" like a man of taste.
Maybe you'll post some stuff one of these days, or we'll buy an album, and even follow-ups.

Thank you, my friend. I may indeed post some stuff. Yeah, I really like our stuff. I've been writing songs for ten years, and only now do I think I've gotten quite good at it. Really professional...good stuff. And yeah, my tastes are varied.
