Hit the "print screen" key on your keyboard.
Then go to "start" - then "run" and type "mspaint.exe"
Hit "enter" - The hold the "ctrl" key and then hit you "v" key.
You should see your screen. You can save it as jpg or bmp among other common file types.
jpg is more efficient.Comment

Two options for screenshots: Either do the above copy and paste to a paint file and save it, or just paste it straight into a word document. Paint tends to lose quality, but pasting it straight into a word document should be ok.Moving webhosts & will be making changes to the picture hosting - watch this space..Comment
