He paid them not because he's guilty, but because he didn't want all the hassle and everything involved if somebody said something.

He's a huge megastar, one of the most famous blokes ever, with a hugely successful career and enough money to last him forever. Why would he do something like that? He knows it would come out, and he'd get fucked for it. Doing something like that would ruin everything for him, he'd lose everything. It wouldn't be worth it.......

Like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Everyone has an opinion on him. Everybody knows him, and all the stories about him. They're gonna have to get someone from the Antarctic to be a jury, but they'd still have an opinion....

Yeah, but these people are probably all thinking about the book they'll write.

                    Especially if he's found guilty.

                              Hmmmmm, Fuck the dumb shit.
I have no idea if he is guilty or not, but if they found any material in his house with kiddy porn in it then chances are he is guilty of the charges.
Possession of that stuff displays an interest in it, and it is pretty much an uphill battle to deny it with any success.

The pay-off from 12 years ago weighs heavily at this time.

I'll tell you this, If it were my child back then there is no fucking way MJ would have been able to end the case with a settlement for any amount. Justice for my kid doesn't have a price tag in exchange for silence.
I would have seen to it that the trial had run its course in order to protect kids in the future from being one of his victims.

Sure it's easy for MJ to claim he is just living his childhood as an adult and only wants to spend time with kids.
I find it even more disturbing that any parent would allow their children to stay in his house, his room, his bed at all for cryin out loud, after the first case, especially when it ended in a $20 Million settlement.

By the way, since the law was changed in Cali. they can call that kid from the first case to testify without violating any agreements between MJ and that kids family.
Besides, he's an adult now, and i'd really like to hear what he has to say about MJ at this point.

It's up to a jury now, and i hope like hell this one runs its course.
I cannot claim he is guilty, but i cannot claim he isn't either, and it looks bad for him this time.

                              P.S. All his music SUCKS!!!!

I'm usually neither here nor there when it concerns a famous person's personal affairs, it's none of my business. But i'm gonna back up Smaz on this (Granted it's coz i like the guy) but a man is innocent until proven guilty. I'm not absolutley sure if Jacko's a man or what, but he still needs to stand trial and that's good enough for me.
