URGENT! I need printer help

I have an Epson Stylus C4OUX printer. I just bought new ink cartridges for it but it is still not printing right. The new black ink cartridge is giving me a message that it is only 20% full and the pictures are printing only Black and Blue. My son has a project due on TUES and I need to print stuff to complete it. Anyone have any ideas?
Yes they are the right cartridges.

All I can say is, check your maunual under 'Troubleshooting" and if that does not, go worship the Almighty Google.

How do I do THAT? All my pics are on my C drive!!!! UGGHHHH!!!

Put them on a disc or burn to CD. Then go into Kinkos, and they have computers you can use. Alternatively, you can e-mail it to yourself and you can go on the internet and retrieve your e-mail.

Yes they are the right cartridges.

Print off a note to the person the project is in for, and they can then see for themself the reason why it's not in.
