My wife can't watch scary movies because they freak her out too bad. I took film production classes and whenever I watch a movie, I'm always looking at the technical stuff so to me it's all fake. I'm thinking about the screen play, the casting, how good the effects people are.

Nothing is funner to make than gore and twisted shit. We made a movie in college where people kept on having nasty industrial accidents. Decapitations, limps getting cut off. We had a little pump that would spirt blood.

When we got it all edited down and showed it, people got physically ill. It was a hoot to make.

I tottaly get the gore in Hollywood because thats some fun shit to make!

So in my own senses, some people seem to go on and others seem to hang around for whatever reason.

That's why i feel Rich still hangs around, from time to time he plays jokes on us as well as the two boys he moves stuff all the time. has made the girls piss them self's to the point that they wont come here at night. i told him more than once to stop, sometimes he quits for days then BOO he gits ya. i have said to him if he sees the white light that it is Jesus and that he should go be with him, but he is welcome to stay here as well. i think he must like our family cuz he still pops in and out.

The real scary topics for me, are the spirits/ghosts stories, or the creepy things that can really happen in life. Like the latest scary movie I saw: "The Hostel"...

Yeah, that supernatural, evil spirits stuff has a creepy vibe to it. I grew up around law enforcement people. Some were city police, others worked for the sheriffs dept. , a good family friend was a FBI special agent. These guys see it all and many of them will tell you there is evil out there that has no psycological or scientific explanation. There is a force of evil that takes over individuals and turns them into horrendousely wicked people.

I truley believe theres big trouble in messing with the evil supernatural and you can be sucked into something that is very hard to escape. I think some of the worlds worst are motivated by this force because they want to be powerful and have an advantage over others. They get it and it makes others miserable but in the end, these individuals usually end up like their victoms did.

There seems to be something out there that wants to manipulate individuals and once they are manipulated, they are used to inflict as much damage and suffering on others as possible. I don't think these things suck you in automatically. You have to look for them and toy with them. Invite them in so to speak.

It's scary shit. Like how a seriouse martial artist will be a master at finding their own inner energy (chi). A person who turns to dark supernatural forces also has to work at it and then they become an instrument of evil themselves. Something takes them over. Almost like a possession.

I read about Himmlers SS in Nazi Germany and there was a lot of that going on in the organization. There was an intense dark spiritual organization underlying it all.

Last night, as I was responding to Ozzy's post (the one with the link), we had a power failure!
As I was typing... TOTAL BLACKOUT!!!
Pitch dark!

I got soooo spooked out, I almost started to cry. Then, I saw that it was the whole neighborhood and got kind of "reassured"...

Of course, I couldn't find the lighters and when I reached for some matches, they happened to be the ones from my friend's wedding (on 06-06-06-)...

It is a black carton, written "666" on it with a devil's face!
Really... I wanted to cry!

So I was forced to go to bed early, and I froze all night. (It is only 3 degrees outside and pooring rain...)

This morning, the power came back at 8:30, truns out it was a "planned interruption" for maintenance...
That will teach me, not to listen to the news... everyone knew but me!

Now I can laugh about it but last night... I was miserable!

Two years ago, an uncle of mine shot himself after a bad argument with his wife. Typical story, no one ever thought he had it in him.

Anyway, he and I never had much in common. We didn't really "like" each other as people. So, I didn't have much feelings on what he did, just concern for my aunt.

So just a couple of months after the incident, my aunt (his wife) offered me a very expensive coffe maker. She was moving out of their house and needed to downsize the amount of stuff she was moving. I took the pot.

Within a week, strange shit started happening. (I'm not afraid of ghosts, don't know if they exist but I believe that it's possible. My husband isn't just a skeptic he laughs at the prospect that ghosts are even remotely possible.)

-First, hubby and I were sitting in the living room watching tv when something gave the heat pump air return just feet away from us a hard bang.

-I was finished bathing the dog, went into the kitchen to get a glass of water and heard a loud commotion in the bathroom. When I went in there the etire shower curtain had come out of it's holder and fell. Couldn't have been me, because it has a holder thingy that you have to remove or collapse the rod just to get it out.

-Within a week, hubby was on the couch with his hands clasped behind his head. When he just started yelling that his finger was breaking. His ring finger felt like it had been pulled as far backward as it would go. The finger swelled up and was blue for 2 days.

-Hubby's working on his computer about 1 am one night when he hears my son's bedroom door opening and closing. My son was 14 at the time and kept his door shut at all times. Hubby gets up and goes to have a look. The door is opening and closing all on it's own. He thinks my son is sleepwalking and turns the knob to try to help him back to bed. My son was sound asleep.

-Final straw. I'm putting on my makeup in the master when I hear a LOUD crash in the kitchen. I go in there to find my uncle's coffee pot in pieces in the kitchen floor. Countertops is 3 or so feet deep so the pot had to come away from the wall and then fall in the floor.

All of this happened within 1 month, and within 3 months of Uncle Michael's suicide.

I lit a candle, and just started telling my uncle how I couldn't help him. Felt silly at first, but I got into it. I imagined that he was standing right in front of me and what I'd say if confronted with him.

Hubby still isn't convinced. I don't know what I believe. But since I did that, there hasn't been one weird incident. I think it's plausible that when you commit suicide you have some hell on earth to go through. Maybe see your family going on without you....I dunno.

In the Christian religion, suicide is a sin...
But it doesn't mean that the person (ghost or spirit...) has to be mean and scare the shit out of people!

What a "nice" uncle you had!
