This sign and holy symbol of the Lord Jesus Christ appeared in this potato on the very same day that the new Catholic Pope Benedict XVI was elected. Because of this, and in honor of the new Pope (along with a wink and a bit of humor) I am calling it the “POPE-TATO”.

When I first saw the Cross (the symbol of the Christian faith and reminder of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice) it gave me goose-bumps! Then a calm and peaceful feeling came over me. At that moment an inner-voice told me that I had to share this with you.
