I was kicked by a horse and if my reaction time had been slower I probably would have been dead.
I had two cracked ribs and the Horse just barely got me.
A full on kick would have fed me my spleen for lunch.

I have seen them kick the sides out of the barn, so his internal bleeding was clearly caused by getting kicked.
