Ooof! I've had acute bronchitis from running in the wet and cold, about this time of year I think...

I got antibiotics for it, felt better after a few days, so this rocket-science boy stopped taking them with like seven or eight days left in the cycle....

It came back like a mother fucker!!:confused:

I kept saying to myself, in my usual sickness-related macho denial, "oh it's just a cowwwwld', stop being such a wuss," I even started working out again. BIG MISTAKES!! I was so sick and weak I was coughing up blood and bed-ridden and, I had to have a friend drive me to the hospital. I thought I had TB before it was all over. The next time, I took ALL of my antibiotics.

I did make an artist rendering though. This is what I do when waiting for hte meds to kick in. So sad.

If I could, I would give you a piece of myself to cheer you up, but I don't know if I should.

I've heard of them before but I dunno if they're around here. In Manhattan or somewhere on Long Island probably. I'll have to lool them up. The cider that good, eh?

I should have kept my bandaids on.

I took it off and there's this scary bruise looking at me from where they took blood. And it slightly hurts. This is new. I usually don't bruise like that

Day 4 of the antibiotics and my left tonsil has gone down but my right tonsil has tripled in size! It now dominates my throat. WTF!?

And the random acts of bulemia with nothing but stomach acid and whatever this is that I'm hacking up is not fun.

And I have two classes tonight. I wont get home until after 11pm.

It smells!

I foresee another doc visit in my future.

Any suggestions to help the swelling? I got the tea going on. And I'm starving and probably should eat something to support myself that way, but swallowing this tea alone is a bitch.
