I can barely party this hard. After Christmas Eve AND Christ Day dinners, I want to sleep for one whole entire day and not eat anything.

homemade mashed potatoes!

I have to pick where we're going out to eat on my birthday. I have no clue. Ususally I go bowling with my friends; that's not happening this year. Mom's dragging me to my brother's doc appointment and then to the mall for shopping. yay[/end sacrasm]

There's an Applebee's in the mall. But it seems emtpy. I love the German food, but the last time we ate at the one German place, the food was horrid. And Ma keeps telling me about this steak house by me that has Tuesday slae specials, but I hated that place. I'm so conflicted.

Fuck, over the last 48, I've eaten grate. Honey baked ham, shrimp, king crab and my mom did a stellar turkey tonight. Dunno what she did but she injected some sage stuffing mixture within the breast. It was awesome. She also did this "augratin-type" potato thing. Except instead of using potatoes, she made mashed cauliflower. I shit you not. She cooked and prepped the cauliflower the same way one would do mashed potatoes. Fuck, it was beyond good. The mashed concoction had chunks of shrimp, bacon, red bell peppers all in a heavy garlic, white wine and cheese kind of "scampi" style taste. Seriously, that was some stellar shit.
