I saw a show on the history of pizza seems the first one ever is in NY
still in operation a Coal fired oven 800 deg that show made me
want to fly to NY. this is how it should be done crispy coal fired crust
gobs of sauce I will if in NY make this my first stop I promise..lol

Once, (14 years ago) my hubby and I where in Vegas looking for a late night snack bar.
The only one we found was so discusting... they actually DEEP FRIED the pizza!
We could hear it going "pop, pok, tak etc..." and when they surved it to us... we ran away!!!

It was (by far) the most discusting thing we saw on a plate...
