Just because you're famous does not mean you're above the law.
Still, someone taught me is that you have to hit it where it hurts. Martha Stewart shouldn't be sent to jail... she should have to pay a large fine.
Martha Stewart did what she did for money. If she is to learn from her crime(s), you have to give out the consequence via money.

Not when his kids turn into adults. After the 2nd trial, the news claims the kids can try their father for the murder of their mother when they become adults because they have the right to make the adult decision to do so.
We may see another OJ trial a decade or so down the line.
