Yep, Pepsi bought Quaker Oats, which in turn gave them the Gatorade brand. Subsequently, I love oatmeal, but I never buy the Quaker brand because it's so fucking expensive. I buy the store brand, as it's usually much cheaper and tastes the same.

Split your Gatorade or Poweraid with 50-% water then add i/2 can of
you favorite Energy drink like Sobe gold formula.

Sake it up in a bottle and fill your empty this is the Sh!t if your dropping sweat.

I have to split my Gatorade Salt drinks because i need more water than salt it's all relevant to what you like I have drank too much Gatorade and become overly salted and it defeats the purpose.

So i cut mine and add some energy boost stuff till noon then water exclusively the rest of the day ..

What I wanna know is if you peeps are actually talking about these "sports" drinks as a viable nutritional suppliment or simply as a refreshment? Again, water's the key baybayees for everything but in extreme heat, endurance or physically demanding situations, Gatorade has the extra OOMPH!!! lmao Well, so does wine when hee hee!!!

If you're seriously drinking said beverages for pleasure only? Well, something's wrong with you IMO. I say fuck it and have a Coke and a smile.

Go to Wal-Mart these days and they have almost every kind of beverage in their vending machines. One dedicated to RockStar energy drink as well as Gatorade too.

Here's the problem with these sports drinks. If you are working out like a mad dog, realize that you are putting buck sugars and carbs into your body that has to be burned off somehow. Personally, I have protein to rebuild the muscles being used.

Gatorade is way better... there is no comparison!

I like the new RAIN drinks... I picked up a case at costco.

I love all the gatorade series.
My favorites being the FROST drinks...
I wish they brought back the ARTIC SNOW drink that was white.
I also like the CLEAR ICE drinks.
Powerade is a generic version of Gatorade IMO.
With the exception of the BLUE flavored drink...
I'm not sure what it's called... but whenever I go to McDonald's I get like 3 or 4 refills of it.

I enjoyed the Gatorade Fierce Grape flavour. Oh, nobody mentioned
the storebrand clones. Tried them once and probably will never again.
But one thing I give to Powerade is the frozen concentrate you can now buy at the stores. Make it sweeter or less potent to your liking.
