I'd read something about Richards saying he was one of the greatest comedic talents ever when he was on some show promoting The Michael Richards Show (which lasted all of 6 or so episodes)...

I can't tell if he's just trying to pull a Kaufman or not, and just says things like this for the sole purpose of getting people riled up...

He's pretty much a one trick pony anyway, far as I can see. Made plenty of dough playing a hipster doofus. Great. Fine. Don't bother trying to buck the Curse of Seinfeld, though. Ain't no point. Just ask Bob Patterson.

I still can't see anything wrong in what he said. ******s were disturbing, as always, the show, because apes can't help themselves to behave like humans. So he said that ******s like them would have been lynched 50 years...That's also true. Then called them ******s. They were acting, like ******s. Certainly they smelled too like ******s. So It was all pretty normal. It was very funny hearing them trying to utter something in their broken english, their "ebonics"

There's that part after the "solo".....and he missed his cue.
