To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.

I need to know, because I want to avoid it. That shit looks scary!

Dog deflates NC deputy's tires after dog complaint
                          Tue Sep 1, 9 : 05 pm ET
HOPE MILLS, N.C. – Some dogs chase cars. One in a North Carolina town decided to try and eat one. The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office says a pit bull deflated all four tires of a deputy's cruiser near Hope Mills on Sunday. Spokeswoman Debbie Tanna said the deputy parked his car in a woman's driveway while responding to her complaint about another dog.

When Deputy Lynn Lavallis went to speak with Gloria Bass, the dog chomped into the tires. The dog didn't attack the deputy in the town near Fayetteville.

Tanna says the dog's owner, Bass's next-door neighbor, will be billed $500 for a new set of wheels.

Thighs of steel? Thunder thighs? headlock trap?
Tue Sep 1, 9:31 pm ET
ZACHARY, La. – Grocery store cameras caught the woman taking a 24-can case of beer from a cooler, exposing the 20-pound case between her thighs by pulling up her housedress, pulling her dress back down, and waddling out of the store. But it took a while to identify and find her.

Lisa Newsome, 42, of Baker, didn't deny anything when she was arrested Monday, said Capt. David McDavid of the Zachary Police Department.

"She wanted to demonstrate it ..." he said. "I told her, no thanks, I wasn't into that."

She was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a theft charge, he said.

"We weighed a case," he said. "It was 20 pounds."

The theft was Aug. 22. McDavid said police learned the woman's identity last week and located her Monday afternoon.

Casey Rayborn Hicks, spokeswoman for the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, said she did not know whether Newsome had an attorney. Newsome remained in jail Tuesday in lieu of $1,000 bond.
To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.
