I really don't understand the beef here. Opie never said anything bad about VH. He just stirred the pot. In fact, for the last 10 years, Van Halen's music was used if the 7 second delay got used up. O&A are absolutely fans or they wouldn't use their music or even mention them at all.
Do you really think Van Halen will pass on O&A if they do a press junket? O&A has more listeners than Stern so it could only help the tour if Van Halen goes on their show to promote. I started listening to O&A after they kicked HooHoo Howies ass. I've been hooked for almost 10 years now. There's noone out there that compares to their show except maybe Scott Ferrall.
