A) People a obsessed with big boobs and women that are not satisfied with their size want to simulate.
B) Merchandisers want the product to look good on a hanger because it's the way to get the costumer's attention. (try to picture a non-padded, thin bra hanging all crooked)...
Personally, I don't need it. I like a thin foam (at work for the headlights) but I won't wear a cushion, especially in the summer.
Plus, that push-up business is really not healthy for the breasts.
Men will prefer to see something moving a little, definitely some headlights so that's why every guy I know hates big, push-up padded bras...
They wanna know the thruth right off!
