Chocolate Covered Banana
1 1/4 ounces Coconut Rum
1/2 whole Banana
2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Pour rum into blender. Slice and add banana, chocolate syrup and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a banana slice.
