Drink socially... is that a vice?
I spoil my 5 kids...
I spend at least 1 day a weekend on the lake in our boat... nah not a vice...

Vices, I have em all, or have had at one time or another, Chocolate is a standard, i am with SoCalChelle on that as well as several other vices of days gone by. So SoCalChelle, what method did you find effective to help quit smoking? It is the one habit i can't seem to lick.

There's a "Quit Smoking" clinic at my hospital. I used the whole gamut of treatment options: nicotine patches, Zyban and 3 nights/week of counseling. I'm not going to say it was easy, on the contrary, it's the hardest thing I've ever done. But well worth the effort. Good luck to youOriginally posted by lms2

I quit for 3 years, couldnt breathe through my nose...felt shitty..eventually got used to being an "ex-smoker", but since starting up again, feel better!
