"Honey, my shirt got itself torn up. My shirt tore itself on that stripper's hand, and I need it to be sewed up for the show."
"No problem, Dave, no problem. Say hello to Fluffy."
"Fuck you, Fluffy."
"No, no, you're going to upset Fluffy."
"I ain't saying hello to no stuffed bear."
"You know, now that I think about it, it's going to take a little longer to sew up that shirt than I was thinking."
"Hi Fluffy, how you been?"
"Now that I'm thinking of it even more, it's going to take half the time, Double D, Diamond Dave! Would you hold Fluffy?"
"N--- yeah."

BT is the only one who has admitted sex is a vice.
Read earlier in this post. I made a recommendation that helped me. Patches and gum simply won't do anything but give you your addictive nicotine another way, and once you stop, you're smoking again...
Knowing and believing are two very different things.
It is the difference between the knowledge we accrue... ...and the knowledge we apply.
Gum doesn't work because you're administering it exactly the same way you do cigarettes - individual doses given over the whole day, causing your nicotine level to peak and valley. With the patch, you have a steady stream of nicotine all day - no peaks and valleys - and you gradually decrease the strength of the patches. That, combined with Zyban, worked wonders for me. Of course, you also have to READY to quit or absolutely nothing is going to work.

Been there done that. The patch is still giving you nicotine, still keeping you addicted. If that thoery of cutting back worked, why not just gradually smoke one less cigarette every day until you quit?
No, IMHO the reason I think the Smoke-Away stuff worked for me is because it cleanses your system of the nicotine quickly, repressing your urges more, and giving you the detoxification necessary to kill the physical addiction so you just have to deal with the mental part...
